How long does it take for installation?
The process can be from anywhere from 3 weeks to 8 weeks depending on the products you choose.
Will my designer also be at the final install?
Yes, our designers always accompany our installers to insure everything is installed exactly the way you and your designer discussed at consultation. Our designers also register your product warranties during the installation process.
What is the required deposit for custom orders?
We require a 50% deposit when your order is placed. The remaining balance is required the day of installation. When your order is ready you will be notified. If you are not ready to receive your new window treatments, we will hold them for 14 business days. After 14 business days, we will require 25% of the final payment to hold any additional time.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Absolutely, our showroom is located at 111 N. Main St. Franklin, Va 23851. Our showroom not only carries blind and shade displays, we also have a wallpaper catalogs, custom pillows for purchase and a workspace for gathering all your ideas.
Will you help guide me in selecting the right window treatment for my space?
Selecting window treatments can be a bit overwhelming but that’s where we come in. We not only bring the showroom to you, but we also bring our expertise as well. We will be your guide to the perfect window covering solutions for your needs and desired look.
What warranties come with my new window treatments?
Our vendors carry multiple products and warranties that are suitable for the products offered you’re your in-home consultation your designer will discuss all your warranties and coverages based on the products selected.
Do you install on Weekends?
Yes, we will make arrangements to install on weekends if that's the best time for the client.
Return Policy
We hope you love your selection. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of items within 7 days of the receiving purchase. We will credit the original form of payment or issue store credit excluding any shipping charges. All products must be undamaged, used, and in the original packaging. No returns on special orders items or clearance merchandise. Please email us @ spokeninteriordesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to receive return authorization information. All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by our return authorization number. Please note, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Damaged Merchandise
We recommend that you unpack and inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Please notify us within 48 hours of order receiving order at cs@spokeninteriors.com if the merchandise was damaged in shipment. Keep all packing materials and the shipping carton for possible inspection.
How long does it take for me to get my shipment?
We use UPS to ship our packages in the US. Orders are shipped typically within 1-3 business days of payment (unless otherwise stated). Shipping averages 5-7 days (unless otherwise stated).
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are NOT responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages, you would need to contact UPS/USPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 and provide your tracking details. If UPS/USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with UPS/USPS.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What length should I order my Hardware rod?
Size depends on your space and desired look. Most drapery panels extend out past your window frame between 6”-12” depending on fullness. When measuring you should consider what size you will need your complete hardware dimensions to be including your finials. For example, if you order a 4’ (48”) rod with 2 finials that are each 3” in length, the complete length of your rod will be 54”. Also, consider the length of your finials when ordering your hardware.
Can my custom rod be cut to a specific length?
Our rods are shipped in standard lengths (4’, 6’, 8’). However, our rods can be cut down with an electric miter saw. Please, do not use any handsaws to cut down your rod as this will damage your rod.
